Global listening

This is like real-life listening and can be fun. Watch a film or listen to a news story and put your attention on the content, on the meaning and not on the words! You are successful if you can follow the story or understand in a general way what’s happening in the world.

Songs

These are a good way of improving your pronunciation and intonation and learning colloquial expressions at the same time.
